Senior Scholarship Application Form (DEADLINE: June 4, 2017)

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

1. Application form must be completed and submitted by deadline (June 4, 2017). Late applications will NOT be accepted.
2. Applicant must fulfill a minimum attendance rate of at least one year
3. Applicant must complete and attach a plan of study and share short testimony of how they feel God is leading them.  (Minimum 1 page, double spaced, 12pt font)
